30 and Grateful... Today, I turn 30, and what a journey it's been. My teens were filled with dreams and a heart full of hope, navigating the challenges of growing up while keeping my spirit alive. In my 20s, life got a bit more complicated. There were struggles, moments of self-doubt, and the bittersweet taste of independence. I found myself exploring opportunities far away from the warmth and comfort of my family, learning the hard way but growing stronger with every step. Now, at 30, I reflect on the lessons life has taught me. I've learned that resilience is built through adversity, and that true strength comes from within. I’ve realized that it’s okay to be a simple girl with big dreams, and that every struggle has shaped me into the person I am today. Life Lessons: 1.Embrace Challenges: Every challenge is an opportunity for growth. Embrace them with an open heart and a determined spirit. 2.Value Relationships: Cherish the relationships that uplift you. Distance may separate us physically, but love and support know no bounds. 3.Stay True to Yourself: Authenticity is powerful. Stay true to who you are, and don't be afraid to show the world your true colors. 4.Keep Dreaming: No matter how old you get, never stop dreaming. Dreams keep our hearts alive and our spirits vibrant. Embracing my identity has been a journey of its own and this revelation has added a new depth to my life. I always thank God for the support system and provisions He has given me since day one. For my family (Mama, Papa and Marc) who have accepted and supported me on my decisions. To my grandparents also for believing in me. To my second family here in AU (Ate, Kuya and the girls), for making me feel at home away from home. And lastly, to the one that makes my heart happy now. I'm just really grateful. Here’s to continuing this journey with courage and pride, knowing that every color of the rainbow is a testament to the strength, beauty, and resilience within us all.
