Kintsugi
The heart is a paradox: it holds the power to make one immeasurably strong or irreparably weak. It is an engine that sustains life and a wellspring of both joy and sorrow. Everyone possesses a heart, and protecting it is instinctive. But the heart also seeks to care for others—family, friends, lovers, or even those whose connection defies explanation. Once someone is cherished, the instinct to protect them often overrides reason, leading people to extraordinary sacrifices, even at great personal cost.
Even in the face of betrayal, the heart has a strange resilience. It may overlook past wounds to rush to aid someone in pain. Yet, there is a limit to how much it can endure. When a person deeply cared for falls into harmful patterns, it creates an agonizing conflict. Witnessing self-destruction in someone once protected, particularly when they’ve betrayed that trust, is a pain that defies words. It becomes even more bitter when those patterns lead them away—drawn into toxic relationships or habits that only deepen the wounds they carry.
In such times, the weight of existence feels crushing. Depression clouds the mind, making promises to persevere feel like an anchor rather than a guide. The realization of one's shortcomings and perceived uselessness becomes a loop of self-recrimination. Happiness, it seems, should not rest in others' hands. In such times, the weight of existence feels crushing, but there is an unexpected peace. The internal conflict has quieted, and for once, doubt and guilt do not dominate. What remains is a singular, overwhelming focus: her. All thoughts and feelings, bound by a quiet devotion, are consumed by her well-being and happiness. Despite the heaviness of the world, there is clarity in this purpose, a resolve to continue, not for oneself, but for her. Even in the silence, her presence remains the guiding light, the reason to persist.
For once, silence no longer feels painful; instead, it brings a quiet peace—both for her and for oneself. It is a peace rooted in acceptance, in the understanding that the space between is what she needs. There is no guilt in this silence, for occasional updates reassure that she is moving forward, and so, the inevitable reality is embraced. What is, simply is. In this acceptance, there is a resolve to respect her wishes, to continue growing as promised, and to allow life to unfold as it will, without resistance.
The Japanese art of kintsugi offers a poignant metaphor. It transforms brokenness into beauty, mending shattered porcelain with gold. For some, a person becomes their kintsugi—a presence that repairs their cracks and makes them whole again. Yet, there’s a deep fear that the gold will tarnish under the strain of proximity, that being close might harm the very person who helped them heal. This creates a painful paradox: wanting to stay but feeling undeserving, afraid to cause damage yet yearning for their presence.
In the end, the struggle is to keep going, despite the pain, despite the doubts. Promises, made to oneself or others, become a fragile tether to purpose. Even in the darkest moments, the act of trying—of pushing forward, no matter how imperfectly—carries its own quiet form of strength. But the journey is undeniably hard, and the pain is a heavy companion.
Even if the path forward is unclear, the choice remains to live authentically. The uncertainty of how to proceed does not diminish the necessity of embracing one's own life, for it is in the pursuit of being true to oneself, despite not knowing the way, that the greatest growth can occur.

💔💔💔💔
💔💔💔 In Spanish we have a saying that literally says "cheap is expensive." We all say it's because of the poor quality, but what if it were because of something else?
Who is to blame? All those who buy because they won't get any change or the companies corrupted by power with such high prices? Neither? Both?
Children must learn, play and grow... This can be their future if they want, but let them choose, earn money with their hard work, don't take advantage of others, love, wars the same, the strong instead of helping the weak, take advantage of them
at what time?
Christmas' wonders
The most beautiful things in life are often unseen—they're felt deeply, experienced with eyes closed. Why? Because we close our eyes to kiss, hug, cry, dream, and even to smile.
The best moments are never planned; they arrive unbidden. A spontaneous hug, an unplanned kiss, a heartfelt message in the middle of a busy day, an unexpected call, an impromptu dinner, the wonder of a sudden meteor shower. Or perhaps it’s the quiet intimacy of random cuddles on the couch, gently caressing your loved one’s hair or shoulder. These moments of love, support, and connection remind us that the most meaningful experiences are often the ones we never anticipated.
Christmas is full of magic, but so are the ones who loved truly, honestly, and whole-heartedly. If there is someone who loves you like that in anyway, be willing to do your best (not the same), and I promise you, if they are worth your time they wil proof you why they are the best in their own unique way.
Santa Claus does not ask kids to believe. He lives his own way and decides to do what he does as he pleases, from his heart, because the best things in life do not need to be seen, just felt.
During the holidays, surrounded by families and couples, it's easy to reflect on life and relationships. Sometimes, distance and space are necessary for growth, and true connection will endure through life’s hectic moments.
Learning to trust and be vulnerable is challenging, especially when past experiences have left scars. Love requires patience, both with oneself and with others, as it involves breaking down walls built out of fear and self-doubt.
Understanding personal limits and desires is crucial, as is learning how to both give and receive love. Though vulnerability can feel terrifying, it’s a necessary step toward meaningful connection and growth.
I need to learn how to trust, special people won't disappear just because, but in a life full of it, its always a matter of time. Feels like an illution or maybe love isnt for everybody, the only known thing is that trust is the key, so will take me time, yet... if given the patience, I promise I'll do my best to make you happy.
love is a beautiful melody sang within our hearts by the gods, yet it is life the music sheet that requires of those notes...
always accept advice, but lately... mistakes are my advice and my only thoughts ny best friends. How to trust someone wont go when nobody has ever wanted you...
Echoes of becoming
There will come a day when everything feels overwhelming and dark, when the guiding light grows dim, and hope feels out of reach.
Yet, even if all the clouds cover our light, there will always be a faint glimpse of hope. Why? Because a small gesture from someone humble, loving, caring, and respectful—someone we hold dear—can change everything. A simple smile, a kind glance, a short conversation, or a heartfelt catch-up can brighten even the darkest of days.
No matter how monotonous or routine life feels, a day will come when that rhythm is interrupted. Whether by something challenging or because you choose to change, you might finally accept yourself, prioritize your well-being, or take a chance on something new.
Life, like the weather, animals, and nature, is unpredictable, and that unpredictability is what makes it beautiful.
So, hold on just a little longer. Change is inevitable—whether external or through an internal shift, your perspective may twist in ways that lead to something better. Life isn’t solely about what we accomplish or do, as so many believe, but about finding peace and tranquility amid the chaos. It’s in these moments of stillness that we truly notice the beauty woven into our daily lives.
PS: If you made it this far, good morning . Have a lovely day, be blessed, and remember, every little thing adds up.

Silverwolf: It's important to acknowledge our limitations without allowing them to define us. Rather than overthinking them, we can focus on how to work with them and grow from there. By doing so, we can build resilience and find ways to navigate challenges, ultimately becoming stronger and more adaptable.
In a world constantly rushing, there is something comforting about pausing to observe. When the act of looking is free of judgment and replaced with curiosity, the true and unique beauty of the moment begins to emerge. It transcends the ordinary, evoking feelings long forgotten by the mundane.
Some lives seem defined by duty alone, untouched by the success or fulfillment that others might achieve. There’s a quiet acceptance in realizing that not every path leads to greatness; some are simply meant to serve, to perform, without exceeding beyond that role.
Some reach the goal but remain humble, some may never reach it and think ahead, at the end of the day one is aware of what they do...
Loneliness feels sharper when someone important seems distant. Silence becomes a heavy promise, kept out of love and respect, even when it hurts. True love is rare, but when it comes with obstacles, it carries both beauty and sorrow. There’s a fear of overwhelming someone so cherished, knowing their energy and light deserve to remain untouched and free.
The hope is that they find peace and happiness, even if from afar. Their guidance is a constant compass, shaping actions and thoughts. Yet, love becomes an unshakable truth, making it impossible to see anyone else the same way. Every word and gesture from them lingers, creating a quiet ache—a love unspoken but deeply felt.
The strongest can also be the first to fall—strength is not eternal, just as weakness is never permanent. Trust in the unfolding of life, for everything will develop as it was meant to.
May your day or night be gentle and kind to you. Remember, life is more than duty; it's about pausing, breathing, and caring for yourself amidst it all.
Well being
Within a word of success and instant gratification, keeping a promise is often harder than the actions it demands. All I have to give is my heart, my word, and the quiet devotion behind my promises. Yet, even in this silence, my thoughts are drawn to your well-being, my heart yearning for your peace. I wonder if this distance, meant to honor you, feels like a broken melody—unheard, but deeply felt.
Life hits different when only facts are accepted, not the ones shown, but the ones seen, the actions.
Just a mere random thought.
Have a good night little flower, have a good night shining moon, have a good night lovely birds, and have a good night you too.
Rest well.
